Looking at him, one can say that this super star has not changed one bit. Yes he has become more careful with the way he conducts himself but one can see that same innocence and flamboyance in him that one saw years back.
Salman Khan could have become a pro swimmer if he had so wanted. He was a swimming champ at school and even tipped to represent India, but then destiny had something else in store for him. Looking at his carrier one can conveniently say that he is a destiny’s child. Salman was offered the lead in Abbas-Mustan‘s Baazigar, but the idea of playing a negative character didn’t appeal to him so he rejected the film. The role eventually went to Shah Rukh Khan and as they say the rest was history.
August 15, 2003 was the date Salman Khan as a star was re-born. Yes this was the release date of his film Tere Naam. Prior to this media as well the audiences had written him off but post Tere Naam, it’s been almost ten years and there has been no looking back for this super star.
Off late, Salman Khan has put himself in a very unique bracket wherein he is macho, he is gullible, he is cute, he is comical and last but not the least he is what he is, the man with a golden heart.
On the personal front, Salman has been home bound and has done all that he can for his brothers and sisters. He loves to ride a cycle, walk barefoot and has a unique soap fixation. His bathroom is stacked with soap of every sort and he especially likes those made with natural fruit and vegetable extracts.
We take this opportunity to wish Salman Khan a great year ahead and lots and lots of super successful films.
